She listens. She lets me babble on until I get to the realization on my own. She waits until I'm done talking and lets me ask for help if I can't get to the answer, and only then does she give her opinion. She is willing to modify her method to suit my needs. She is INCREDIBLY insightful. I have had 4 sessions with her and have gotten SO MUCH useful information from our sessions. I am having revelations even when we aren't in session. It is pairing very well with my therapy and 12 step work.
